Repair. connect. renew.

The decision to seek therapy is one of the bravest and most valuable choices a person can make for their health and well-being. When it comes to your relationship, it can also feel like one of the scariest. Many folx see couples therapy as a “last resort” to answer those sobering questions: where did we go wrong? And how can we find our way back?

In couples therapy, we address these questions with compassion and realness. Therapy can help you get out of the blame game and into a new level of understanding. My approach is humanistic, non-pathologizing, and supportive— for both partners. In our work together, neither you nor your partner are the client. Rather, we take a deep look into how your relationship functions to help you rebuild a more stable foundation and connect again. With this one step, you can be that much farther along a new path with your partner…together.
