change is possible.

I work with folx when they’re feeling down, overwhelmed, worried, or just looking for answers— at any stage of their struggle. People often come to me feeling at a standstill, sometimes after years of seeking relief. Some of my clients have amazing ideas but struggle with follow-through, or perhaps feel just on the outside of their relationships, searching for that “missing piece” where life just “clicks.” Many wish to cross an ever-growing divide between themselves and the things they love most.

Our work embraces thinking “outside the box” and helps you make that next step toward lasting, positive change. My approach is well-suited toward people who think, feel, and love deeply. My practice is also LGBTQQIA+, neuroqueer, and Black and BIPOC inclusive and affirming.

At kiND therapy + wellness, my take on therapy is deeply relational, collaborative, and non-judgemental.  Together, we can help you make sense of your pain and find a new path forward.
